2. Service description

PropMetrics provides tools for property investors, including:

  • Financial analysis and custom projections
  • Cash flow tracking and loan simulations
  • Data visualization and AI-powered insights

While we strive for accuracy, all financial calculations and projections are estimates and should not be considered financial advice. PropMetrics does not provide legal, tax, or financial advisory services.

3. AI and analytics

  • AI-powered insights are for informational purposes only.
  • Projections and recommendations do not guarantee investment performance.
  • Users should independently verify all calculations and consult a financial advisor if needed.
  • PropMetrics does not assume liability for investment decisions made based on AI insights.

4. Data usage

  • Users retain ownership of their property and portfolio data.
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models and platform analytics.
  • Personal and financial information is never sold or shared without user consent.
  • Users may request data deletion at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

5. User responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and financial information.
  • Keep account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform for unauthorized use.
  • Report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access immediately.

6. Subscription and payments

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and PropMetrics does not store credit card details.
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time; access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy, and prorated refunds are not offered for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to users.

7. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse the platform in any way. Users may also request account deletion at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

PropMetrics is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. Under no circumstances shall PropMetrics be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify users via email or platform notification. Continued use of PropMetrics after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
